These Terms govern your use of Nomad Goose Hunting, operated by Flying Troika LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to these Terms. Creating an account requires you to open and review this page. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to register or use account services and have authority to enter agreements for yourself or any organization you represent. Provide an accurate name, surname or recognizable nickname and accurate account information, and confirm your email before signing in. A nickname must not impersonate someone else. Protect your credentials and notify us through the site if your account is misused. Do not create impersonation, automated bot or spam accounts.

2. Marketplace and research information

We provide hunting-land search, listing and communication tools. We are not the landowner or a real estate broker, and do not guarantee listings, availability, ownership, access, suitability, wildlife, hunting outcomes or any transaction. A parcel research candidate, map pin, score or introduction is research information, not an offered lease, a verified boundary, a reservation or permission to enter or hunt. Listings and third-party information may be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date.

3. Your independent checks and agreements

Before entering land, paying anyone or hunting, independently verify ownership and the other party’s authority, legal access, exact boundaries, restrictions, conditions and safety. Obtain the landowner’s express permission and appropriate written agreements directly with the authorized party. Independently check licenses, seasons, species limits, weapons rules and all applicable laws and regulations. Landowners and representatives must have authority to publish their content and offer any access they describe. Site messages alone do not establish a lease or grant permission.

4. Fees

Any fee charged by us must be disclosed before you agree to it. Do not assume a proposed membership or feature is an active paid service. These Terms do not promise checkout, payment processing, escrow, refunds, insurance or transaction protection. Separate written agreements with landowners govern their charges and access terms; review those before committing.

5. Your content

You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant us a nonexclusive license to host, reproduce, format and display that content only as reasonably needed to operate the service and show it to its intended audience. You must have the necessary rights and permissions and must not submit unlawful, misleading or infringing content or expose another person’s private information without authority. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

6. Acceptable use

Do not impersonate others, send spam, harass people, publish fraudulent offers, infringe rights, introduce malicious code or use the service unlawfully. Do not perform unauthorized scraping, bulk harvesting or automated account creation, bypass authentication, rate limits or other access controls, or interfere with the site. Publicly visible information does not authorize bulk collection or access to private data.

7. Outdoor risks and responsibility

Hunting and outdoor travel involve risks, including weapons, wildlife, weather, water, terrain, vehicles, remote locations and the conduct of others. These can cause serious injury, death or property loss. You voluntarily assume the inherent risks of the outdoor activities you choose, and are responsible for your preparation, training, equipment, safe conduct and emergency plans. Do not rely on the site as safety advice or emergency assistance. This provision is not a blanket release of negligence claims and does not waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

8. Service availability and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site and information are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. To that same extent, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service or reliance on its information. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where unlawful, or removes nonwaivable consumer protections, remedies or other rights, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct or negligence where the law prohibits its exclusion.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time and request account closure through the site. We may restrict content or suspend or terminate access for violations, fraud, security risks or legal requirements. Where appropriate and lawful, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue. Ending site access does not cancel separate agreements you have made with others or remove obligations that already arose.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the service changes. We will identify the new version and effective date here and provide notice of material changes through the site or account communications before they take effect, as required by law. We will request renewed agreement where required. Updates do not remove rights that have already accrued.
